1 cup frozen blueberries
3 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon bottled lemon juice
1/4 cup granulated sugar
Simmer over medium-high heat for 10 minutes. Transfer to sterile canning jar. Loosely fit on lid. Allow to cool on counter. Tighten lid. Keep refrigerated. Best eaten within a month.

I’m with Douglas about the Sorghum. I frequently use it instead of honey. It’s usually with the maple syrup. There are folks that use it for pancakes too.

Oh awesome! Thank you for your support. 💛 I’m glad the black beans work for you. We honestly eat them about every other day. I keep a large jar of red beans in the pantry for preventing boredom. I season them the same way and I add paprika, just a tablespoon worth per two cups of dry beans. Good stuff! Family gets comfortably full and moves on with their day.

Hi Jill I love watching your channel your fun to watch . I would love to see your grocery halls I have three adults to feed and we low on in come cause we have disabilities so we can't work so we need help with how to budget or money for groceries and house stuff . And we need help on what to buy to spread out our to food to last for awhile until we can buy more food. I love to see what your daily meals are for you and your family what exactly what your plates look like and what do you drink too. Do you hydrate the soy curls when they are frozen or you defrost them first?
Soy curls come dehydrated already, so we just have to add hot seasoned water/broth to rehydrate them. It takes 8 to 10 minutes for soy curls to plump up. Drain off or reserve any excess liquid, depending on the liquid choice. They are ready for the next step of seasoning, cooking, or eating. Soy curls are already cooked. Our task is to add spices, marinades, dressings to them then heat them up. They’re also great simply rehydrated in water, drained well, and treated like a cold leftover chicken to be made into salad sandwich filling. If you’re interested in an in-depth video on soy curls, let me know. I’m happy to focus on them in an upcoming THursday night live dinner.

I have tried every vegan cheese sauce recipe on the internet and I can definitely verify that this is, hands down, the very best one. I do though, substitute one cup of cashews for one cup of oats and it makes it a little richer. I am really glad this video made its way back into my playlist.
